We are a family at Himalayan Coffee, giving each family member (ie. our staff) the necessary tools and skills to succeed not just in their job but in life.  Our family members come from very unique backgrounds in our communities, and they bring an incredible wealth of humanity and unique perspective to our mix.  Through an intensive yet fun job-training program, we prepare each family member to guide each customer into a quality coffee experience, in addition to giving them real life interaction with the beauty and culture of the Himalayas.
